Q: Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?
A: Unfortunately, as an online store we do not provide a pickup facility as this allows us to keep overheads low and as a result keep our prices low.
Q: Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
A: We supply our products to a range of businesses, including resorts and hospitals, to whom receive our special bulk prices. Please send us a message to discuss your needs.
Q: Do you provide a warranty?
A: We provide a 12 month warranty period, so if there are any faults with your product then please get in touch with us and we will look after you.
Q: If I have lost my TV or Aircon remote will I still be able to program your remote?
A: You definitely can still use this product if you have lost your remote, in fact most of our customers buy our remotes to replace their damaged or lost original remotes. The setup process does not require your original remote and is easy and simple.
Q: I do not have PayPal, how can I pay?
A: We accept both PayPal as well as credit card payments which are processed securely in the checkout page by Stripe who is our third party payments provider.
